Emily is responsible for the organization’s strategic vision, guiding and mentoring project teams, tailored construction solutions and collaborative partnerships. With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate community in North Texas, Emily is a proven leader in building real estate and construction solutions for clients and has broad expertise in aligning client business strategies with desired project outcomes. She is fiercely dedicated to delivering excellence.
Emily takes great pride in making a positive impact on the built environment, exceeding client expectations and fostering an inclusive culture characterized by empowerment, integrity and fun.
After graduating from The University Of Texas in Austin, she moved back to Dallas to begin her career. In the past 20 years, she has been an active participant in the community through non-profit organizations such as Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, The Ronald McDonald House and industry organizations like TREC. She currently serves on the board of the Clayton Dabney Foundation for kids with cancer. She was a member of the 2011 Associate Leadership Council through The Real Estate Council.
Beyond the RTTX office, her time is spent with her husband, Christian, son Ozzy and their mini dachshund, May. They love traveling, fishing, and have all become bird nerds.
