RTTX Construction, led by Jon Judge and Emily Pyle, offers an inspiring new take on culture and the constant pursuit of excellence.

The Judge Pyle team brings nearly 40 years combined experience in construction, a proven reputation for successful project outcomes and having fun along the way. RTTX Construction is a local boutique interiors contractor focused on delivering an elevated experience through trust, refined communication and accountability. They will serve clients in office, healthcare, and industrial markets.

They believe that a successful company is one with a Wolfpack mentality. The notion that a team is the sum of all of its parts. Everyone brings unique, diverse, perspectives and strengths. Everyone has a voice and a seat at RTTX Construction.

EMILY PYLE

Emily is responsible for the organization’s strategic vision, guiding and mentoring project teams, tailored construction solutions and collaborative partnerships. With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate community in North Texas, Emily is a proven leader in building real estate and construction solutions for clients and has broad expertise in aligning client business strategies with desired project outcomes. She is fiercely dedicated to delivering excellence.

Emily takes great pride in making a positive impact on the built environment, exceeding client expectations and fostering an inclusive culture characterized by empowerment, integrity and fun.

She is an active participant in the community through non-profit organizations such as Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center and and industry organizations like TREC. She currently serves on the board of the Clayton Dabney Foundation for kids with cancer. She was a member of the 2011 Associate Leadership Council through The Real Estate Council.

Emily is a graduate of The University Of Texas. She loves traveling, meditation, live music and fly fishing. Her two favorite people are her son Ozzy and her husband Christian. They spend weekends swimming and exploring.

JON JUDGE

Jon oversees the organization’s operations and coordination of all services. He is meticulous and forthright in his approach to the construction process. He is fiercely dedicated to collaboration with clients, subcontractors and industry partners. Jon’s refined and steady approach has made him an industry favorite and an exceptional leader and developer of teams.

Jon has quickly established trust among Dallas’ real estate leaders by working diligently to ensure our clients understand the cost, schedule and quality implications as they move through lease negotiations. This elevated communication is echoed through the organization yielding unmatched value through the full life-cycle of RTTX’s projects. His passion for mentorship and construction excellence are reflected in all of our projects.

Servant leadership comes very naturally to Jon. He approaches every business relationship and every individual he meets with sincerity, humility and respect. As a result, he has forged deep relationships with our subcontractor partners. These relationships yield the highest quality and value in an incredibly competitive local market.

Jon is originally from Chicago and moved to Texas 10 years ago with his wife Danielle. He has 2 1st Generation Texan boys in Colton and Deacon. You can find him coaching his son’s baseball team or attending their soccer games on the weekends. He loves to cook and is famous for his Italian beef sandwiches. He relaxes by mowing his lawn with a vintage manual mower.
